March 1, 2005 Port Townsend.  Hypergrove Engineering publishes the first working draft for Legal XHTML, a grammar for legal documents encoded using XHTML 2.0 and the Resource Description Framework.
October 1, 2002 New Orleans.  NCREIF's new Data Submission System (DSS), developed by Hypergrove Engineering, was demonstrated today at the Real Estate Management Technology Conference (REMTEC). The demonstration showed that data extracted from proprietary applications or custom-designed systems into XML and XHTML documents can flow seamlessly into DSS. All documents used conformed to Data Consortium XML standards. Taking part in the demonstration were NCREIF, MRI Real Estate Solutions, Yardi Systems, Clarion Partners, CB Richard Ellis, and RREEF.
June 10, 2002 Hypergrove Engineering chosen to develop integration of Data Consortium XML Standard into National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries' (NCREIF) website.
April 26, 2002 Hypergrove releases draft of REIS Reports.
